Please print the work request form pdf and fill it out.
Put your hard drive, DVD etc.. in a anti-static bag if possible and pack in a box with sufficient packing to prevent damage during shipping.

Please send just your data storage device or media (hard drive) and not your entire computer whenever possible.

If you are located within driving distance from our lab feel free to drop off your media in person. You can save some time if you bring the Work Request Form with you already filled out.

Bytes Back offers a free pickup service for our Georgia customers located in Gwinnett, Fulton and DeKalb counties. Call us to schedule the pickup of your hard drive or other failed media before noon and we will pick it up the same day. Pickups scheduled after noon will be picked up the following day.
